I agree with MuleSoft, but you could also use Salesforce Connect if the systems support OData or custom Apex connectors. It works great for real-time data and avoids migrating the data into Salesforce.

I’ve used Heroku Connect for syncing external data with Salesforce in near real-time. It might not be as flexible as MuleSoft for complex integrations, but it’s good for use cases like this.
